Tawk.to Live Chat. Our Website features a live chat widget provided by Tawk.to Inc. (“Tawk.to”). If you use the chat feature, Tawk.to collects your chat messages and any contact information you provide during the conversation. Tawk.to may also set cookies on your device and collect information about your browsing session. This information is shared with our firm and is processed by Tawk.to in accordance with its privacy policy at tawk.to/privacy.

Formspree. Our contact forms are processed by Formspree, Inc. (“Formspree”). When you submit a contact form, the information you enter is transmitted to Formspree’s servers and then delivered to our firm via email. Formspree processes this information in accordance with its privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

YouTube. Our Website embeds videos from YouTube (a service of Google LLC) using privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you click to play a video, YouTube may set cookies on your device and collect information about your viewing activity in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

Information from Third-Party Sources

If you interact with us through Google Business Profile, social media platforms, legal directories (such as Avvo, Justia, or Lawyer Legion), or third-party review sites, we may receive information you have made publicly available on those platforms.

These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure hosting through Cloudflare, and access controls.
